In case of non-avaiability of the hotels mentioned due
to any reason, the difference should be imposed on/Refunded to the Pax

- Original NADRA CNIC or B-Form for Minors
- 4 Photographs with Off-White Background (5x6 cm Umrah Visa Size)
- Vaccination for Manangitis
- Vaccination for Polio (Under 16 years)
- Mehram's Affidavit (If not blood relatives). All relationships should
be proven by CNIC or Nikah Nama
