Requirement Details
- Two visa application forms (to be filled in capital letters)
- 6 months bank statement and bank letter
- Balance per person PKR 200,000/
- Visa covering letter on company letterhead
- Copy of CNIC
- Two photographs white background (35 x 45 mm)
- Passport validity should be more than 7 months
- Passport holder signature or thumb impression
- Original return air ticket
- Confirmed hotel reservation
- Copy of” b” form NADRA –computerized (in case of accompanying children)
- School card and school letter
- Name of business
- Visa processing: 08 working days
- Marriage certificate
- Nikah nama (English translate attest notary public)
- FRC certificate
- Affidavit on Stamp Paper required (Passengers who are travelling to Thailand first time)
- Blank cheque (required for thai visa only)
